Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Shakeology
I was not a huge fan of the vanilla shakeology at first. But, when I figured this recipe out, it is a great option for breakfast!
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 cp. Almond Milk (or desired milk - Low-Fat, Skim, Soy)
1/2 cp. Water (if desired)
1/4 cp. Quick Uncooked Oatmeal Oats (you can use Old Fashioned Oats if you have, you just might want to put them in a food processor and blend down to a smaller oat)
1/4 cp. Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. Allspice
Mix all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. If you want a smoothie consistency, add ice to your desired consistency and blend. ENJOY!
