My Meal Plans

So I have tried to find a way to do meal planning so I can make sure I eat exactly as I need to.  However, while I try, I am not always the most successful at putting them on paper.  But, I have taken a renewed look at my meal plans and realized I need to be WAY MORE detailed when planning out my meals.  So, here is one I have done during my 21 Day Fix Program.

I learned early on, I needed to color code for each container to help me stay on track with my containers.
